Ellen brings over 25 years of expertise in wealth management, advisor development, and strategic consulting to her collaboration with Elements Consulting. She spent twenty years as an Advisor, and five years evolving her expertise in corporate management roles at Morgan Stanley and Wilmington Trust.  Ellen has always been driven by a passion for helping clients and advisors alike realize their potential by aligning their human and financial capital.

As an Advisor, Ellen collaborated with corporate executives, business owners, and their families on wealth planning, legacy strategies, and holistic solutions. She became a leading Advisor in integrating wealth management and institutional capabilities, fostering cross-divisional referrals, strengthened relationships across product groups, and built client loyalty through comprehensive strategies.

Building on this foundation, Ellen spent five years in corporate management roles at Morgan Stanley and Wilmington Trust, leading initiatives in advisor development, wealth education, and practice optimization. Her love of learning and deep industry knowledge are reflected in her advanced credentials, including Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA), Certified Financial Transitionist (CeFT), and Certified Professional Retirement Coach (CPRC).

Ellen lives in Waccabuc, NY, with her husband, John, and children Ellie and Thomas. She is an avid reader and enjoys playing golf, tennis and paddle tennis with friends and family.
