In the more than 20 years Kristin has spent working within the financial services industry, her focus has been to help Financial Advisors succeed, grow and adapt to change.  Her various roles include work within FA Training and Development, FA Recruitment, Practice Management Consulting, Regional Product Management and Business Management for 2 fast growing "mega" teams.  In all roles, she has worked closely with advisors and managers at Merrill Lynch, and Morgan Stanley, as well as predecessor firms Smith Barney and Legg Mason.  

 

Kristin specializes in business strategy, succession planning, leadership development, talent management and team culture.  As a member of the Elements Consulting team, Kristin utilizes her extensive experience to help teams become more effective and leaders more present.

 

Kristin received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from McDaniel College and a Skilled Facilitator Certification from Johns Hopkins University.  She holds her Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor TM designation and is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation.  In addition, she is certified in the Integrative Enneagram and Working Genius assessments.

 

Kristin lives in Maryland with her husband Jeremy, two children, Caroline and Ian, and two dogs, Boomer and Izzy. She is the co-chair of the Women United Executive Council of the United Way of Central Maryland.  Additionally, Kristin is a member of the McDaniel College Women's Leadership Network Executive Council.  She enjoys spending time at her home in Lewes, Delaware and has a mission to see as many of the National Parks as possible.
